Passion All Day Long

After being together for many years, some couples find that they just don’t make love quite as often. So how do you get the passion brewing again? Make a commitment to find one thing each day about your sweetheart that stirs the flames in you. Focus on those little things, and you’ll notice that they grow. Start to notice them more often, and you’ll be experiencing passion all day long.

Sadie Hawkins Day

Tomorrow is Sadie Hawkins day. It was originated back in the ’30s as one day out of the year for ladies to ask gentlemen to dance. Today, it’s still celebrated with dances and now with special cocktails. (Moet & Chandon have come out with special drinks to celebrate the day.) So ladies, surprise your man by taking the lead in romantic gestures. It’s just the twist to make this Sunday - extra juicy.

Listen With Your Eyes

Leslie PointingDid you know that one of the best ways to listen to your sweetheart is with your eyes?

Next time your darling tells you a story, follow their eyes, their lips, their hands, every movement they make. It lets them know that you are totally and completely with them as they talk. Not only does this let them know you are listening, it also tells them you adore them. Let your eyes dance with laughter, tear with empathy, or stare with intensity. You’ll be their favorite audience.

A Sign

Do you and your sweetheart have a special sign?

Often times when I’m out with my husband I’ll look at him across the room, or amidst our friends, and feel a burst of love come over me. Like I’m smitten - all over again. I love this feeling.

In those moments, surely you’ve experienced this, it’s nice to send a secret message to your sweetheart. Whether you wink, mouth “I love you”, or say something only the two of you ‘get’, acknowledge the feelings you’re having in that very moment.
